Is there a way i can add/edit items after checkout?

Unfortunately, No. We have no way to alter orders after transactions are completed.

If i forgot to use my discount/ coupon/ promo code can it be added after the purchase?

No, we cannot apply discounts after any transactions are completed.

SHIPPING / TRACKING

Can you please change my shipping address?

We have a small window of less then 24 hours to amend shipping addresses. In the event of entering the incorrect shipping address, we ask that you contact the courier associated with your tracking number to see if they are able to edit the address for you.

What if my tracking information says delivered, but i have not yet received my order yet?

If your order has been delivered, double check the tracking link to see where exactly your order has been delivered. (EX: front door, porch, parcel locker, front desk/reception). After doing this if your items still have not been delivered, please contact the courier associated with your tracking link

How soon will i recieve my tracking?

You should recieve a tracking number within 24-48 hours after order completion.
